This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through sublimationbase.com. All orders are manufactured and shipped from our facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

As a custom manufacturer, our products are not "off-the-shelf." Every item is made to order based on your approved design and specifications.
Production / Handling Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), beginning only after both of the following are confirmed:
Your final design mock-up has been reviewed and approved in writing; and
Full payment has been received and confirmed.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Pakistani public holidays.
Production times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on order volume, customization complexity, or material availability. We will notify you promptly if any delay is expected.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International Express. We reserve the right to select the carrier based on destination, order size, and service availability. Both carriers provide full end-to-end tracking.
Once production is complete and your order is handed to the carrier, estimated transit times are:
United States: 5–8 business days
Europe: 6–10 business days
Australia: 6–10 business days
Rest of World: 6–12 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Transit): Typically 10–18 business days from the date of order confirmation. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total order weight. Final shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment is submitted — you will never be charged more than what is shown at checkout.
Standard International: Starts at $15.00 USD
Bulk / Team Orders: Shipping costs for large orders may vary. The exact cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying bulk orders over $500.00 USD. This discount is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this tracking number directly on the DHL or FedEx website to monitor your shipment in real time.

All orders ship internationally from our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Import Duties & Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sublimation Base does not collect or pre-pay these fees on your behalf. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
Customs Delays: Customs clearance can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated transit times. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information provided by the customer, any re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Sublimation Base is not responsible for delays, losses, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@sublimationbase.com — address changes may only be made before the order is dispatched.
Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will re-produce and reship your order at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and report it to us within 7 days of delivery at info@sublimationbase.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Risk of loss and title to the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued. After handover, Sublimation Base is not responsible for carrier-side delays, losses, or damage, except as described in Section 8 above.
