By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order with Sublimation Base, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business Information

Sublimation Base is a custom apparel manufacturer and retailer established in 2020. Our registered business and returns address is in South Ozone Park, New York, United States. Our production facility is located in Sialkot, Pakistan — one of the world's leading hubs for sporting goods and garment manufacturing. We specialize in sublimated sportswear, team uniforms, cut-and-sew manufacturing, and wholesale garments, and we serve individual customers, sports teams, brands, and wholesale or bulk buyers.

All orders placed through sublimationbase.com are manufactured at our Sialkot facility and shipped directly to the customer via DHL Express or FedEx International Express.

2. Products & Services

Website catalog: The products available for purchase on sublimationbase.com are the items listed in our online catalog, currently focused on custom sublimated team uniforms and jerseys (including 7v7 flag football, American football, baseball, basketball, and softball). Each product page describes exactly what is included in the price. The catalog is updated as new products are added.

Manufacturing capabilities on request: In addition to the catalog, our facility produces other custom garments — such as tracksuits, hoodies, compression wear, jackets, shorts, and related sportswear — for brands and teams on a quotation basis. These items are not sold through the website checkout; contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a quote.

All products are made to order. Products ordered "as shown" enter production once payment is confirmed. Products ordered with customization (your colors, logo, names, or numbers) enter production once you have approved a digital design mock-up and payment is confirmed. Total delivery time to the United States (production + shipping) is typically 10–15 business days.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Sublimation Base. An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment has been received and confirmed in full (or as agreed in writing for bulk orders); and
• For customized orders, you have submitted all required design files, sizes, and order details and have approved the final digital design mock-up.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required information is missing or incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the order would require us to produce content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws or platform policies. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Design Approval

For customized orders, our team will prepare a digital design mock-up based on your submitted files and specifications before production begins. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the mock-up for accuracy — including spelling of names and numbers, colors, sizing, and layout — before giving written approval.

Once you approve the mock-up in writing (by email or WhatsApp), production begins and no further changes can be made. Sublimation Base is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in, and approved via, the digital mock-up.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products we manufacture are made to order. As a result:

• Once production has started, changes or cancellations to the order are not possible.
• Minor variations in color (up to approximately 5–10%), sizing (within ±1–2 cm), or fabric texture may occur due to the nature of sublimation printing and garment manufacturing. These tolerances are industry-standard and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production begins — that is, before payment is confirmed for "as shown" orders, or before you give written mock-up approval for customized orders. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible because materials have been cut, printed, and sewn specifically for your order. 7. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). Product prices do not include shipping (see Section 9) or any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country (see Section 9). Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is required in advance before production begins. For large wholesale or bulk orders arranged outside the website checkout, partial payment arrangements may be agreed in writing.

We accept payment at checkout via the payment methods displayed on our website (credit/debit cards processed by Shopify Payments, and PayPal where available). For bulk orders arranged by email or WhatsApp, bank transfer may be offered; official bank details are issued only after the order is confirmed in writing.

8. Production & Processing Time

Our standard production (handling) time is 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) following payment confirmation, or following mock-up approval for customized orders. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM PKT (GMT+5) are counted from the next business day. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, or material availability. We will notify you promptly by email if any delay is expected.

9. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan via DHL Express or FedEx International Express with full tracking.

Shipping cost: A flat fee of $30.00 USD per order applies to every order placed through the website checkout, regardless of the number of items or the destination. We do not offer free shipping. The exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Bulk and team orders arranged outside the website checkout are quoted individually for shipping based on weight and destination.

Estimated transit times after production:

• United States: 5–8 business days (total delivery time including production: 10–15 business days)
• Europe: 6–10 business days
• Australia: 6–10 business days
• Rest of World: 6–12 business days

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Sublimation Base is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details, customs clearance delays, or carrier-side issues after handover, except as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Import duties and taxes: Because orders are imported from Pakistan, shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or sales tax / VAT in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the $30 shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer, payable to the carrier before or at delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We stand fully behind our manufacturing quality. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In summary:

• Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issue or request a return.
• Full refunds, replacements, or repairs are provided at our expense for confirmed manufacturing defects, order mismatches, fulfilment errors, or items damaged or lost in transit.
• Products ordered "as shown" (without customization) may be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. The customer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fee is charged.
• Products personalized with your team name, player names, numbers, logos, or custom colorways are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind, but remain fully covered for defects or errors.
• Authorized returns are sent to our United States business address: 7706 155th Ave, South Ozone Park, NY 11414. Do not return any item without first obtaining a return authorization.
• Issues must be reported to info@sublimationbase.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.

11. Samples

Samples are available at an additional cost and are intended for reference purposes only. Samples may differ slightly from bulk production runs due to differences in production batches, fabric dye lots, or printing conditions. Sample orders are non-refundable unless the sample itself contains a manufacturing defect.

12. Intellectual Property

Customer-submitted content: By submitting designs, logos, artwork, or other files, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licences to use that content and to authorize Sublimation Base to reproduce it on physical garments. You indemnify Sublimation Base against any claims, losses, or costs arising from intellectual property infringement related to content you have submitted.

Sublimation Base content: All content on sublimationbase.com, including product images, photographs, text, branding, and design templates, is the property of Sublimation Base or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Third-party marks: Sublimation Base is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any professional or collegiate sports league, team, or brand. Our catalog designs are original. We do not reproduce third-party logos, trademarks, or team identities unless the customer supplies proof of authorization, and we reserve the right to reject any design that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws or platform policies.

13. Quality & Manufacturing Tolerances

Industry-standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all garments. Size variations of up to ±1–2 cm and color variations of up to 5–10% from the digital mock-up are considered acceptable and do not constitute manufacturing defects. These variations are inherent to sublimation printing and cut-and-sew garment production.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sublimation Base is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

15. Force Majeure

Sublimation Base is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, power outages, or supply chain failures. We will notify affected customers promptly and make reasonable efforts to fulfil or reschedule their orders.

16. Order & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse any order or account if false or fraudulent information is provided, payment obligations are not met, or these Terms & Conditions are violated. Where an order is cancelled under this clause, any payment received for unstarted work will be refunded.

17. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Please email us at info@sublimationbase.com with a description of the issue, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents customers from exercising statutory consumer rights under the laws of their country of residence.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not overridden by this clause.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sublimation Base regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers by email.
