By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order with Sublimation Base, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business Information

Sublimation Base is a custom apparel manufacturing business established in 2020 and operating from Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan — one of the world’s leading hubs for sporting goods and garment manufacturing. We specialize in sublimation apparel, cut-and-sew manufacturing, custom-made clothing, team uniforms, and wholesale garments. We serve retail customers, sports teams, brands, and wholesale or bulk buyers internationally.

All orders placed through sublimationbase.com are fulfilled from our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped internationally via DHL or FedEx.

2. Products & Services

We manufacture and supply custom and ready-made apparel, including but not limited to sportswear, team uniforms, 7v7 football jerseys, baseball uniforms, tracksuits, hoodies, compression wear, jackets, shorts, and related clothing items.

The majority of our products are made to order and produced based on customer-approved designs and specifications. Because of this, production does not begin until a design mock-up has been approved and payment has been confirmed. Total delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 10–18 business days from order confirmation.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Sublimation Base. An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • You have submitted all required design files, sizes, and order details;
  • You have reviewed and approved the final digital design mock-up provided by our team; and
  • Payment has been received and confirmed in full (or as agreed for bulk orders).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where required information is missing or incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the order would require us to produce content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws or platform policies. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.

4. Design Approval

Before production begins, our team will prepare a digital design mock-up based on your submitted files and specifications. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the mock-up for accuracy, including spelling of names and numbers, colors, sizing, and layout, before giving written approval.

Once you approve the mock-up in writing (by email or through our order system), production begins and no further changes can be made. Sublimation Base is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in and approved via the digital mock-up.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most products we manufacture are custom-made specifically for each customer. As a result:

  • Production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.
  • Once production has started, changes or cancellations to the order are not possible.
  • Minor variations in color (up to approximately 5–10%), sizing (within ±1–2 cm), or fabric texture may occur due to the nature of sublimation printing and garment manufacturing. These tolerances are industry-standard and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you provide written approval of the final design mock-up and before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible because materials have been specifically cut, printed, and sewn for your order. 7. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is required in advance before production begins. For large wholesale or bulk orders, partial payment arrangements may be agreed in writing. Production does not start until payment is successfully received and confirmed.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards), PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment details are provided at checkout or, for bank transfers, communicated after order confirmation.

8. Production & Processing Time

Our standard production (handling) time is 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) following design approval and payment confirmation. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, material availability, or other factors. Sublimation Base is not liable for reasonable delays caused by factors outside our direct control, provided we communicate such delays promptly.

9. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship internationally from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan via DHL Express or FedEx. Estimated transit times after production are:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • Australia: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 6–12 business days

Total delivery time (production + transit) is typically 10–18 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Risk of loss and title to the goods transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Sublimation Base is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details, customs clearance delays, or carrier-side issues after handover.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because most products are custom-made and personalized, returns for change-of-mind are generally not accepted on customized items. However, we stand fully behind our manufacturing quality. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

  • Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any issue or request a return.
  • Full refunds, replacements, or repairs are provided at our expense for confirmed manufacturing defects, order mismatches, fulfilment errors, or items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Non-defective returns on non-customized items may be accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
  • Issues must be reported to info@sublimationbase.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.

11. Samples

Samples are available at an additional cost and are intended for reference purposes only. Samples may differ slightly from bulk production runs due to differences in production batches, fabric dye lots, or printing conditions. Sample orders are non-refundable unless the sample itself contains a manufacturing defect.

12. Intellectual Property

Customer-submitted content: By submitting designs, logos, artwork, or other files, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licences to use that content and to authorise Sublimation Base to reproduce it on physical garments. You indemnify Sublimation Base against any claims, losses, or costs arising from intellectual property infringement related to content you have submitted.

Sublimation Base content: All content on sublimationbase.com, including product images, photographs, text, branding, and design templates, is the property of Sublimation Base or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to reject any design that we reasonably believe infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws or platform policies.

13. Quality & Manufacturing Tolerances

Industry-standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all garments. Size variations of up to ±1–2 cm and colour variations of up to 5–10% from the digital mock-up are considered acceptable and do not constitute manufacturing defects. These variations are inherent to sublimation printing and cut-and-sew garment production.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sublimation Base is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

15. Force Majeure

Sublimation Base is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, power outages, or supply chain failures. We will notify affected customers promptly and make reasonable efforts to fulfil or reschedule their orders.

16. Order & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse any order or account if false or fraudulent information is provided, payment obligations are not met, or these Terms & Conditions are violated. Where an order is cancelled under this clause, any payment received for unstarted work will be refunded.

17. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Please email us at info@sublimationbase.com with a description of the issue, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents customers from exercising statutory consumer rights under the laws of their country of residence.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not overridden by this clause.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sublimation Base regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered customers by email.
